About us
We have many years of experience in both corporate recovery and restructuring and in managing one of the largest and most successful personal insolvency businesses in Scotland. We can bring that large practice experience for a fraction of the cost of a large practice.
For both individuals and businesses needing help and advice, our initial conversations are free and without obligation. We don’t mind meeting people and having a chat over a coffee to explore whether there is anything we can do to help. Fees only charged once a client has agreed to engage our services.
Here at 180 we offer the following services:
Business recovery advice aimed at owner managed businesses. Helping avoid formal insolvency or ensuring the viable underlying business survives and thrives for the future.
Insolvency assistance to debt recovery professionals – flexible fees to safeguard your client relationships.
Company and personal insolvency appointment taking.
Consultancy services and outsourcing for personal insolvency firms. Take advantage of our experience and track record running one of Scotland’s largest personal insolvency practices. We strove to achieve a fair balance between fees, dividends and debtor experience while always being amongst the top firms on the AiB’s industry analysis year after year. Years of hands on experience managing relationships with the large creditor organisations, AiB and RPBs.
We have many years experience running a large, streamlined and forward thinking team and act as the appointment taker for one of Scotland’s larger personal insolvency firms. Rather than employ a full time IP/trustee with limited hands on experience we can act as your appointment taker.
Case Closure – we have a dedicated and experienced team who have closed over 1,000 Trust Deeds and Sequestrations in the last 12 months. Let us close all or some of your backlog of cases caused by the PPI review process. Why recruit extra temp staff and take the time to train them when you can outsource this short term need to an experienced and proven team?
Sole practitioner? Contemplating retirement or worried about succession planning for your business? Why not consider a joint venture with us? We’re always happy to chat over a coffee to explore whether any interest now or in the future.
